Los Angeles!
We are the local Los Angeles chapter of YPO Next Generation (YNG), an exclusive professional organization for individuals with at least one parent in Young President’s Organization (YPO).
Our mission is to provide a platform for young professionals in the YPO family to network, collaborate, and make a positive impact on the Los Angeles community. Our YNG members come from diverse backgrounds and sectors, ranging from technology and finance to healthcare, education, and the arts. We foster a community of collaboration, education, and friendship, where our members can learn alongside industry experts, expand their networks, and make lifelong connections. We’re excited to have you join our vibrant network of young professionals, friends, and family.

Each year, we host a number of education events aimed to provide members with exclusive, YNG-only experiences. Education events range from private tours of YPO businesses, Q&A sessions with successful CEOs, and opportunities to attend coveted YPO chapter events alongside YPO and YPO Gold members.

We host a wide range of social events each year, ranging from small, monthly dinners and happy hours, to our annual Summer Soiree and New Year’s Kickoff events! We have an active group of 200+ members and love growing our family here in Los Angeles!

Forum is a significant part of the YNG Los Angeles experience. We have 10+ active forums in our chapter, most of which have been together for over 4 years. One of our most valuable offerings is our YPO-YNG mentorship program. We pair YNGers with accomplished YPO members in similar industries to serve as mentors in a year-long program. Most mentorship pairs continue meeting consistently for years, providing our members with invaluable support from successful leaders in YPO. Additionally, YNGers can sign up to become a mentor for YNG Universities members.
